The story
A Dark Cloud Creative started because we kept seeing the same problem: Perth businesses spending money on the wrong technology, getting advice from vendors who only sell one thing, and feeling lost in a market full of jargon, acronyms, and salespeople who don't understand what running a small business actually feels like.
We built something different. A consultancy that covers the full spectrum — Microsoft 365, data analytics, automation, AI, web development, and business analysis — under one roof. Not because we wanted to be big. Because we wanted to give our clients one relationship, one team, and one partner who sees the whole picture.
We work with a three-person plumbing business in Joondalup who needed business email set up. We work with a 150-person professional services firm who needed Essential Eight alignment and enterprise Power BI. Same team, different conversations, same commitment to plain English and honest advice.
