Perth Copilot setup and training with Australia wide remote help. Review the product, permissions and approved tasks before staff start using it.

Copilot setup and training helps staff use the Microsoft product they can access for agreed business tasks. We review environment readiness, approved information and how people will check the output before planning the session.

Perth based, with remote support across Australia. From $79 an hour ex GST, with the fee agreed before work begins. Call Josh C on 0408 530 303.

## What we can help with

- Exact Copilot product and licence review
- Microsoft access and readiness scoping
- Training examples using approved information
- Output checks and staff guidance

A demonstration can look impressive while using a product your staff do not have. It can also omit the permissions work needed before business documents become available through the tool. We establish those details first.

A Dark Cloud Creative offers Perth based preparation and remote guidance across Australia. Specialist adoption programmes or a larger training scope can be discussed with VibeZero.

## Confirm what people can use

Copilot appears in several Microsoft products with different features and conditions. Establish the subscription and staff access before planning a session. Guidance should match the product available on the day.

A licence review and an environment cleanup are separate tasks from training. Any gaps need to be recorded in the scope.

## Choose a task with a checkable result

An approved document summary, draft email or internal briefing can provide a practical example. Agree on what a useful result looks like and which source staff should check.

Training should use work the team understands. A generic prompt demonstration offers little help if the person cannot judge whether the answer is accurate.

## Review access before wider adoption

Microsoft 365 Copilot works with the access permissions of connected organisational content. A document shared too broadly does not become appropriately restricted because a new tool is introduced.

We can scope access and sharing work before a rollout. Approved sample information can be used for an initial session while wider issues are addressed.

## Teach staff how to check the answer

A fluent summary can omit a qualification or misstate a number. People need a method for comparing the output with its source and deciding whether it is suitable for the task.

The required check depends on the consequence. Material sent to a customer deserves the relevant review before it leaves the business.

## Separate training from building an agent

Using Copilot for a task is different from configuring an AI agent with knowledge sources or actions. An agent needs its own access, cost and operating design.

Our AI agents service provides a starting point for that work. Training attendance should not be used as evidence that every proposed automation has been reviewed.

## Keep guidance useful after the session

The agreed output can include task examples, data rules and a clear contact for questions. Record remaining licence or permission issues and the work needed to address them.

A follow up can use examples of how staff applied the guidance. Product changes and new use cases may require a further review rather than another generic prompt list.

## Common questions

### Do all products called Copilot behave the same way?

No. We confirm the exact product and available features before scoping preparation or training.

### Can we use sample data in the session?

Yes. Approved sample information can support useful practice without introducing live customer records.

### Will training include fixing file permissions?

Permission changes are a separate scope unless the agreement explicitly includes them. We identify readiness gaps before the session.

### Can you also help scope an AI agent?

Yes. That requires its own review of knowledge, permissions and possible actions. The AI agents service explains the starting point.
